In the heart of Khabarovsk, Russia, a significant investment project is underway. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV) and LLC "Khabarovsk Broiler" have joined forces to construct a large-scale, closed-type poultry farm.

The project, scheduled for completion by 2027, will not only include the construction of the poultry farm but also a modern greenhouse complex in the village of Osinovaya Rechka. The estimated investment volume for this ambitious endeavour exceeds 13 billion rubles.

The poultry farm will be equipped with its own incubation facilities, feed production, and waste treatment facilities. It will also feature state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally friendly operation.

Russian Greenhouse Complex and Dandong TICI Flowers Co. Ltd, two renowned companies in their respective fields, are set to work together on this project management. An agreement of intent has been signed between the parties, marking a significant step forward in the development of this fsa project.

Deep processing technologies, developed by Russian specialists, will be employed during the construction of the poultry farm. The project aims to create a full-cycle enterprise, with slaughtering and processing workshops included in the plans.

After its launch, the poultry farm is projected to produce 50,000 tons of chicken meat annually, a substantial contribution to the region's agricultural sector. The project is expected to generate 600 new jobs, providing a boost to the local economy.

The plans for this project were confirmed in August of this year, and the project is not specified as a joint venture, partnership, or any particular type of business arrangement. The construction of the poultry farm and greenhouse complex is set to transform the agricultural landscape of Khabarovsk.
