Toll Fees and Payment Models
Toll fees on BARR vary by vehicle type and capacity, often categorised into passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy trucks. The payment models can include one-time tolls per trip, prepaid subscriptions, or electronic tags with account recharge options.
Subscription Fees
- Annual Subscription Fee for cargo vehicles with a capacity of more than 15 tons, including those with trailers and semi-trailers, is 25 MRP (86,250 tenge).
- Annual Subscription Fee for buses with more than 32 passenger seats and cargo vehicles with a capacity of up to 10 tons is 15 MRP (51,750 tenge).
- Annual Subscription Fee for cargo vehicles with a capacity of 10 to 15 tons is 20 MRP (69,000 tenge).
- Annual Subscription Fee for passenger cars is 5 MRP (17,250 tenge).
- Monthly subscription fee for light vehicles is 0.5 MCI (1725 tenge).
Trip-Based Fees
- The cost for buses with up to 32 passenger seats and trucks with a capacity of up to 5.5 tons is 0.14 MCI (483 tenge) per trip.
- The cost for buses with up to 16 passenger seats and trucks with a capacity of up to 2.5 tons is 0.08 MCI (276 tenge) per trip.
- The cost for trucks with a capacity of 10 to 15 tons is 0.2 MCI (690 tenge) per trip.
- The cost for trucks with a capacity of more than 15 tons, including those with trailers and semi-trailers, is 0.22 MCI (759 tenge) per trip.
Monthly Subscription for Vehicles Registered in Almaty Region
For vehicles registered in the Almaty region, a monthly subscription fee can be arranged. The cost for light vehicles on BARR is 0.07 MCI (241.5 tenge) per trip.
