North America's leading B2B media brand for the gambling industry is seeking a dynamic and proactive Advertising Sales Manager to join their team, starting September 8, 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to grow within the company and contribute to its continued success.

The ideal candidate should possess a detail-oriented, organized approach to maximize every client interaction and sales opportunity. The position requires travel to key industry tradeshows in April, October (in San Diego and Las Vegas), and three or four additional tradeshows annually, offering essential sales opportunities and in-person networking.

The position is based in Las Vegas, the heart of the gambling industry. The successful candidate will lead advertising sales and client relationships, requiring confident pitching and negotiation skills with marketing decision-makers, a strategic, consultative sales approach, and excellent relationship-building abilities.

Experience in managing B2B sales processes end-to-end, along with a strong knowledge or interest in the betting/gambling sector, is essential. While experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams is a plus, it is not required if the candidate has adjacent skills.

The role is historically commission-based, but a mix of fixed and variable compensation may be considered.
