The XRP token sprang 1% in the last 24 hours, settling at $2.21 as of 4.40 a.m. EST on a trading volume that nose-dived 30% to $2.34 billion.
This latest leap by Ripple's token comes hot on the heels of Eric Trump's assertion at Token2049 in Dubai that SWIFT, the payment system, is dysfunctional, and that crypto will be replacing it. If Trump is correct, the XRP remittance token and Ripple's RLUSD stand to benefit significantly.
XRP Price Projection

In the last few hours, the RSI leaped from the value of 30 to 50 again, suggesting that traders are scooping up XRP once more, propelling its price from $2.1959 to its current valuation of $2.21. For now, there's still room for further expansion, but it remains unclear whether traders can fully capitalize on XRP's potential.
