Bremerhaven Approves Masterplan for Modern Mixed-Use Harbor District
Bremerhaven is advancing its urban development plans. The city council has approved the basic resolution for a masterplan covering 2.4 hectares, aiming to transform the former shipyard harbor area into a modern, mixed-use district.
The masterplan, known as building plan No. 301, includes a diverse range of structures. It will feature 14 semi-detached houses and 4 multi-family buildings for residential use. Additionally, a residential facility with a social focus and a daycare center are planned.
The city is currently coordinating the procedure for real estate allocation and setting framework parameters. The building plan procedure is ongoing, with updates available on www.ourwebsite.de.
The resolution to amend and establish building plan No. 301 has been passed, paving the way for Bremerhaven's urban renewal. The masterplan, covering approximately 2.4 hectares, aims to create a lively urban district with residential and commercial buildings, green spaces, and public accessibility. However, pre-registration for the building area is not possible at this time.
