It contributes centrally to Safaricom's goal by evolving into a comprehensive digital financial ecosystem that promotes financial inclusion, supports economic empowerment, and facilitates Kenya's and Ethiopia’s digital transformation.

By 2030, Safaricom aims to leverage technology for social good, focusing on six strategic priorities that include expanding connectivity and digital financial services. M-PESA delivers double-digit revenue growth, increased usage, and customer base expansion, making mobile money a cornerstone of Safaricom’s digital ecosystem.
