Century Lithium Advances Angel Island Project with BLM Approval, FAST-41 Designation

Century Lithium Corp. has made significant strides in advancing its Angel Island lithium project in Nevada, USA. The company has submitted all required baseline environmental studies to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting process. Additionally, Century Lithium has secured $4.7 million through a LIFE offering to fund further development and permitting efforts.

The Angel Island project has received notable support from the federal government. In August 2025, the Bureau of Land Management included the project in the FAST-41 Transparency Dashboard process. This designation, part of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act, aims to streamline environmental reviews and permitting for critical infrastructure projects. The inclusion of Angel Island indicates federal interest in boosting domestic lithium supply.

With the project's inclusion in FAST-41, Century Lithium and its stakeholders can expect greater permitting certainty. The company is now poised to proceed with an updated Feasibility Study, which will incorporate current project data and support the Plan of Operations (PoO) for the NEPA process.

Century Lithium's Angel Island project continues to gain momentum. With the completion of baseline environmental studies, federal support through FAST-41, and secured funding, the company is well-positioned to advance its lithium project in Nevada. The updated Feasibility Study will further refine the project's potential, bringing it one step closer to realization.
