Chamber's Women's Initiative in NKY to honor innovation and inspiration at August's Professional Series event

Flavia Pane, an R&D Product Development Engineer at Prysmian, and Tisha Livingston, Co-Founder of 80 Acres Farms, are set to address the audience at the upcoming Women's Initiative Professional Series: Empower. Evolve. Lead event, scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 8-10 a.m.

Flavia Pane, a chemical engineering graduate from Italy, boasts an impressive career trajectory. Prior to her role at Prysmian, she worked for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Pane also retired after 16 years with Bexion Pharmaceuticals and now provides business development consulting to various companies, including RxPREDICT, a data-driven healthcare solutions provider.

Tisha Livingston, with over 25 years of experience in the food industry, has held roles in finance, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing logistics, demand managing, planning S & OP, Quality, IT, engineering, and more. She has also served as an advisor for the Kenton County Biomedical Academy, the Covington Independent Schools Science Program, and more. Livingston is also the former CEO and owner of JWH Consulting, where she assisted small businesses with marketing, social media, and strategic growth.
