Check Point and Wiz have joined forces to unveil a new integrated cloud security solution. This global offering combines Wiz's Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) with Check Point's cloud network security technology, aiming to bolster security in dynamic cloud environments.
The collaboration, announced by the Vice President of Cloud Security at Check Point, integrates Check Point's CloudGuard gateway configurations into the Wiz platform. This provides customers with enhanced visibility and control over their iCloud security.
The combined solution prioritises real-time detection and immediate response to security risks. It leverages AI-powered threat prevention to defend against zero-day attacks, reducing false positives in security alerts and accelerating response times. Independent testing data has shown high block rates and low false positive rates for Check Point's security platforms, indicating robust performance.
The partnership also introduces parallel integration between Wiz and Check Point's Infinity Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform. This automation of remediation actions addresses the challenges of managing security across dynamic cloud environments.
