Minsk, the capital city of Belarus, is undergoing a significant transformation, with the development of the 'Alesya' enterprise's territory being a priority. The 'Alesya' textile factory, located at 131 Starovilenskaya Street, is situated in the central zone of Minsk, where the third metro line is planned.

The development of the 'Alesya' enterprise's territory includes plans for residential construction, as well as the relocation of the factory outside of Minsk. Two old residential buildings next to the Alesya textile factory were demolished last year, and a high-rise is now being constructed on the site of the demolished residential buildings.

The factory currently located at the 'Alesya' enterprise will be relocated outside of Minsk as part of its development. According to the urban planners' plan, the Alesya factory, private houses, warehouse facilities of the 'Mila' enterprise, and some other industrial objects are to be demolished.

The Architecture and Urban Planning Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee is closely scrutinizing the industrial territories within Minsk's boundaries planned for development, with the 'Alesya' enterprise being a focus. The "detailed planning project of the territory within the streets of Maxim Bogdanovich - Vera Khoruzhey - Kropotkin - Kulman" was approved seven years ago.

It's worth noting that the latest information about the development plans for the Alesya textile factory area in Minsk and the relocation of the factory is not readily available. However, for the most accurate and up-to-date information, one might typically find it in Belarusian local government publications, city planning announcements, or Belarus-focused news outlets.

In other developments, Minsk has dropped plans for an indoor ski complex, and the city's 'Khrushchevki' are not slated for demolition. Residents of Semenov Street in Minsk temporarily saved their homes, and architects showcased plans for Minsk's Bangalore Square, which were later told to be reworked.

The development of the 'Alesya' enterprise's territory is a significant step in the ongoing renovation of Minsk's general plan. As the city continues to evolve, it's essential to stay informed about these changes to fully understand the city's future direction.

  1. The 'Alesya' enterprise's territory development, which includes residential construction, also involves the relocation of the factory from Minsk, signifying a shift in the city's manufacturing industry.
  2. The urban planners' plan for the 'Alesya' enterprise's territory involves not only the demolition of the Alesya factory and some other industrial objects but also the investment in new residential and commercial buildings.
  3. The housing-market in Minsk is poised for growth, with the development of the 'Alesya' enterprise's territory including the construction of a high-rise on the site of demolished residential buildings, indicating a potential focus on real-estate investment.
