They're workin' hard and fast on 20 new multi-apartment buildings across eight Arctic regions, with 14,423 square feet of apartments just waitin' for their future occupants. Some folks say this here program is no walk in the park, but Yevgeny's got a meeting set with Dmitry Sadovnikov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), to hash out the resettlement issues, so it looks like they're all set to face the chill together.

So, folks, don't fret about the remaining residents in those creaky old buildings. They're well on their way to a cozier, safer future, one apartment at a time. Keep a close eye on progress, and let's hope ol' Mother Nature doesn't give 'em too much trouble along the way!
