After a four-month absence, Santo Remedio, a popular Mexican restaurant, is set to reopen in a new location following maintenance issues at its previous site.
For the past year-and-a-half, Santo Remedio had been operating at 3900 Tennyson St., in Denver's Berkeley neighbourhood, replacing the former Red Tops Rendezvous in Jefferson Park. However, the restaurant was forced to close temporarily due to maintenance concerns.
Andy Gutierrez, the owner of Santo Remedio, has announced that the restaurant will be relocating to the former home of Red Tops Rendezvous in Jefferson Park. The new location promises to offer the same authentic Mexican cuisine that patrons have come to love.
Gutierrez, who has been at the helm of Santo Remedio since its inception, expressed his excitement about the move. "We've been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that our new location is ready for our loyal customers," he said. "We can't wait to welcome everyone back."
The previous location of Santo Remedio on Tennyson Street is no longer operational. Santo Remedio's new location is expected to open its doors to the public in the coming weeks.
Santo Remedio first opened its doors in 2018, and since then, it has become a staple in the Denver dining scene. The restaurant's menu boasts a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, each prepared with care and attention to detail.
Patrons can look forward to the restaurant's signature dishes such as the Cochinita Pibil, a slow-roasted pork dish, and the Chiles en Nogada, a dish made with poblano chiles stuffed with a mixture of meats, fruits, and nuts, and covered in a walnut sauce.
As Santo Remedio prepares to reopen, the team is looking forward to welcoming back its loyal customers and making new memories in its new location. Stay tuned for more updates on Santo Remedio's grand reopening.
