Dubai World Trade Centre will host the opening of IPS 2025 tomorrow, an event managed by Dubai Land Department.

The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) is set to take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 14 to 16, 2025. This highly-anticipated event will bring together over 500 international delegates and more than 300 exhibitors from various countries, including the UAE, the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Organized by the Dubai Land Department, the IPS 2025 aligns with Dubai’s Real Estate Strategy 2033, aiming to reinforce Dubai’s global standing in sustainable real estate investment. The event spans three days and focuses on five thematic pillars: IPS Real Estate, IPS Future Cities, IPS Startups & PropTech, IPS Design, and IPS Services.

In addition to the main exhibition, the event will feature specialized conferences such as the IPS Institutional Investor Conference and the IPS Women’s Conference, as well as industry workshops, expert panel discussions, investment advisory sessions, and project presentations from leading developers.

Supplementing the main exhibition, dedicated areas like country pavilions, an investors zone, and a startup & PropTech competition will be part of the event. Several memoranda of understanding are expected to be signed during the event, furthering collaborations and fostering an ecosystem of innovation and competitiveness within the real estate sector.

Notable among the exhibitors is Majid Al Marri, the CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee. The event seeks to provide an opportunity for networking, business deals, and knowledge exchange in the property sector.

In parallel, the 2025 IPSA World Congress of Political Science, held July 12–16 in Seoul, South Korea, gathered 3,370 participants from 95 countries under the theme “Resisting Autocratization in Polarized Societies.” Although unrelated to the IPS 2025 Show, this congress presents an interesting perspective on global collaboration and knowledge exchange.
