Energy talks commence from 18th September 2025
The city of Aschaffenburg is set to host a series of discussions focused on modern windows and their energy efficiency, as well as their security aspects, from September to November 2025. The lectures will take place at VHS Aschaffenburg, with the first one scheduled for September 25, 2025.
Kicking off the series is the first lecture titled "Building Green - Improving the Climate at Your Own Home", which will take place on September 18, 2025, at 7 pm. This lecture will cover the latest developments in building and vegetation technology for roof and facade greening, as well as the Aschaffenburg funding program for building greening.
The discussion on modern windows, scheduled for September 25, 2025, from 7 - 8:30 pm, will be presented by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Tibor Reidl from the Amt für Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutz and Karsten Feegers from the Consulting Office of the Kripo Aschaffenburg. Practical examples will be given during the discussion, and the speaker from the Kripo Aschaffenburg will discuss the security aspect of modern windows.
The regional campaign "Home Advantage: Energy Efficient Renovation" will also be introduced during the discussion on modern windows.
