Engineer networks in Kamchatka now extend to the Northern district

In the vast and picturesque landscape of Kamchatka Krai, a significant development is underway. The "Severny" microdistrict is being constructed, and progress is being made in various aspects of its infrastructure.

The "Severny" microdistrict is set to be self-sufficient, with networks, including those under the automobile road, already laid. This includes the essential engineering networks that will ensure the district's heat supply and power connection. The district is being connected to the power grid using funds from the regional budget, and work is ongoing to connect it to these networks.

A key component of the "Severny" microdistrict's infrastructure is a gas-fired boiler house with a capacity of 40 MW. The boiler house, being built under the "Far Eastern Quarter" program, is a crucial step towards ensuring the district's heat supply. The builder of this power plant house is PJSC FGC UES.

The boiler house construction is being funded by federal budget subsidies, allocated by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. The frame of the building has already been erected, and soon, boiler installation will begin.

The contractor is also making strides in installing foundations for hot water storage tanks and laying heat supply networks. Necessary equipment for the "Severny" microdistrict's construction has been ordered, some of which has already arrived in Kamchatka Krai.

By the end of 2025, an investment program will construct a ring water supply network for the "Severny" microdistrict, further enhancing its livability and sustainability. The "Severny" microdistrict is indeed a testament to the ongoing development in Kamchatka Krai, and its construction is a significant part of the "Far Eastern Quarter" program.
