In the financial world, here's a roundup of the latest developments on September 19.

The exchange rates in Kazakhstani exchange offices remained relatively stable today. The National Bank of Kazakhstan, which manages the currency rate for the Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), set the average dollar rate at 541.19 tenge at the close of trading, a decrease of 0.09 tenge from the previous day. The dollar rate in the morning was set at 541.34 tenge, while the euro rate was fixed at 640.73 tenge. The ruble rate, however, saw a slight decrease, with the morning rate set at 6.53 tenge, and it later fell to 6.51 tenge.

In the global oil market, prices continued to decrease. On the London ICE, Brent crude price fell by $0.28 to $67.16 per barrel. This downtrend was also evident on the New York NYMEX, where Light crude dropped by $0.36 to $63.21 per barrel.

In the foreign exchange market, the euro rate in exchange offices is not specified to have changed from the previously reported 637 tenge (bought) and 641 tenge (sold). The rate for rubles in exchange offices is 6.41-6.53 tenge, with no change reported from the previously reported range. Lastly, the average morning trading rate for the Chinese yuan was 76.12 tenge, with a decrease of 0.08. Euros are bought at 637 tenge and sold at 641 tenge in exchange offices, while dollars are bought at 541.3 tenge and sold at 543.7 tenge.
