Exemption placed on the "decarbonization facility" in Omsk Region, ECGRUL registry exemption.
The Reason Behind Omsk's "MezhoblGaz" Exclusion from the Legal Entity Register
According to SuperOmsk's observations, by late April 2025, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) showed a noteabout the impending removal of OOO "MezhoblGaz" from the legal entity register. The reason for such action from the registering authority was given as "the presence in EGRUL of information about a legal entity, against which a note of incorrectness has been entered."
Let's remind ourselves that OOO "MezhoblGaz" was founded in May 2010. Among the founders were five Omsk entrepreneurs: Vadim, Dmitriy, and Pavel Panchenko, along with Michael Dedun and Oleg Romashov. The main field of activity for this commercial entity was providing services related to the transportation of natural gas via pipelines.
It's worth noting that company "MezhoblGaz" had been a major player in Omsk's gasification since the early 2020s. In late 2022, there were rumors about the arrest of the then-director of the company in relation to alleged corruption during the implementation of these processes. In November 2023, tax authorities filed a bankrutpcy petition against "MezhoblGas" due to a 2 million ruble debt. However, the petition was returned to its author, and the case was not pursued further.
According to Federal Tax Service data, OOO "MezhoblGas" closed 2024 with losses amounting to 187,000 rubles, reporting zero revenue. The officially declared average staff size also drastically decreased: from 29 employees by the end of 2023 to just 1 by the end of 2024

- Despite the alleged corruption charges and the tax authorities' initial bankruptcy petition in late 2022, finance experts suggest that OOO "MezhoblGaz" still plays a significant role in Omsk's business landscape, given its historical role in the city's gasification since the early 2020s.
