Matthew Sperry, a renowned expert in complex international tax and trust and estate planning, has joined Global law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as a partner. Sperry will be working in the London and New York private wealth practice of the firm.

Sperry's extensive experience and reputation are expected to greatly benefit Cadwalader's clients, particularly those dealing with cross-border matters involving wealth succession, asset-holding structures, and family governance arrangements. His expertise is anticipated to enhance the firm's ability to serve clients across corporate, tax, real estate, and regulatory matters.
