Communicating with clients and internal teams to clarify financial information is another essential aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be negotiating and communicating with external partners about credit decisions and cross-selling opportunities, and managing and reviewing these partners.
The role requires a Sparkassenfachwirt qualification or a comparable one. Candidates should demonstrate excellent manners and a confident, serious demeanor. A strong analytical mind and knowledge of credit risk assessment are essential.
Candidates should also be highly customer-oriented, goal-oriented, result-oriented, and flexible, as mobile work is possible. An entrepreneurial, risk-oriented mindset and good organizational skills are also desirable.
