In a strategic move to bolster its leadership team, Fallon has announced the appointments of James Fox as Chief Strategy Officer and Lauren Pulwer as Managing Director. These additions come under the helm of new CEO Nikki Baker and CCO Leslie Shaffer.

These seasoned advertising professionals, based in New York, officially join the agency this week. Fox, a Fallon returning alumnus after nearly two decades, previously held positions at BBDO, BBH, St Luke's, MullenLowe, and UM, and also worked at Fallon from 2003 to 2005. Afterward, he served as the first global head of brand strategy for Goldman Sachs and led Red Peak as CEO during its sale to Hakuhodo in 2016.

Speaking about his return, Fox expressed his excitement, stating, "Fallon has always been the peak of the mountain for me when it comes to strategy... I'm proud to rejoin my Fallon family after all these years."

Meanwhile, Pulwer, who led the Walmart business at Publicis Groupe for the past 12 years, has taken up the role overseeing operations and client partnerships at Fallon. She has also held leadership positions at Arnold Worldwide, McCann, and Ogilvy, working across a diverse portfolio of brands.

Pulwer expressed her enthusiasm for the new role, saying, "Fallon has incredible passion and heart, and leads clients to big, culture-driving ideas... I'm looking forward to partnering closely with James, Nikki, and Leslie to write the next chapter for Fallon."

CEO Nikki Baker described Fox and Pulwer as the "perfect pair" to help lead Fallon's next chapter, citing their strategic and operational strengths.

Fox, with his extensive experience in finance and leadership roles at various firms, is set to return to Fallon and take up the position of Chief Strategy Officer. Pulwer, a seasoned professional in business management and client partnerships, will oversee operations as the Managing Director of Fallon.
