Goldhaus shifts its base to a new site in Obertshausen.

The Shift of Gold House Obertshausen:

After around two decades, Gold House Obertshausen, led by owner Holger Honig, has ripped the old pages and is ready to pen a new chapter. The business, also embracing the Honey Decoration brand of his wife Verena Honig, has found a fresh nest in the pavilion in front of the Herz-Jesu-Kirche at Bahnhofstraße 58. Obertshausen's Mayor Manuel Friedrich and Economic Development Officer Stefan Becker paid a visit to the business to inspect the new premises.

A New Pad with Undeniable Perks

Holger Honig, the Jacque de Quincy of Obertshausen, elucidated the benefits of the new location to the town hall Brigade: "The new location is the shiznit! It's bright, compact, barrier-free, and offers a decent parking spot for customers." For over two decades, Gold House Obertshausen has been the Aladdin's Cave of the region, offering "serious gold, silver, jewelry, and valuable items of all shapes and sizes" and building up a rep based on his "expertise" and his "personal touch" with customers. He's always prioritized discretion.

Confidential rooms are available for consultations and deals, ensuring a peaceful and private space for customers. According to Honig, precious metal analysis is done in-house, skips the "Forever Cuckoo's Nest," and is whipped up quickly, transparently, and traceably using state-of-the-art equipment if necessary. The trust of the customers is sacred to him, as many have been visiting regularly for years and gave a warm welcome to the move.

Attracting 'em with Accessibility and a Digital Boost

Customers flock to Gold House Obertshausen from all corners of the Rhine-Main region, the Odenwald, the Taunus, and the Franconian area. They appreciate the "smooth transportation connections" and free parking spaces dotted alongside the parish house of the Herz-Jesu-Kirche, opposite the kindergarten on Kirchstraße, and on the fenced municipal lot on Bahnhofstraße. The S-Bahn station is no more than a Scrooge McDuck vault swim away.

Verena Honig emphasized the weight of a modern and classy online presence: "A good rep and a kickass online presence can lure in the wanderers." Holger Honig, who stumbled upon his jewelry-loving soul after completing his apprenticeship, has even acquired the know-how to grade diamonds.

Embracing Local Biz and Shouting O-Card from the Rooftops

Stefan Becker, Economic Development Officer, chatted about the significance of maintaining tight ties with local businesses: "Staying tight with the locals is like the sauce, man! It helps me understand where we can help and also helps the retail sector thrive positively."

Manuel Friedrich, the Mayor, hailed Gold House Obertshausen as "a crucial component of the local economic ballyhoo." He viewed the move as "a positive signal about continuity, entrepreneurial courage, and commitment to our city." It was also "an indication of faith in the location of Obertshausen, proving that our city, despite space constraints, provides room for traditional, family-owned businesses that champion quality and closeness." At the same time, Friedrich was a vocal advocate for the O-Card, which brings a bundle of benefits to both businesses and its patrons.*

Holger Honig, the owner of Gold House Obertshausen, is planning to revamp their economic and social policy by leveraging the advantages of the new location, such as its accessibility, compact size, and barrier-free facilities, which will also attract customers from various industries like retail.

As part of this new strategy, Gold House Obertshausen will focus on strengthening its digital presence and maintaining a strong relationship with local businesses, as emphasized by Obertshausen's Economic Development Officer, Stefan Becker. This move is seen as a positive step in the town's economic and financial growth by Mayor Manuel Friedrich, who views Gold House Obertshausen as a crucial component of the local economic policy.
