Fresh Take:

In the IrbeiSYk region of Krasnoyarsk Krai, the court has successfully chased down a debt owed by the agricultural cooperative Talskiy. The organization was in debt to the regional agriculture ministry for nearly 22 million rubles and has paid nearly half of that amount.

A glimpse into the past reveals that the cooperative in the village Taloe received a subsidy of nearly 34 million rubles in January 2024. However, upon investigation by the agriculture ministry, it was discovered that not all funds were spent on their intended purpose and, following a review by the Accounting Chamber, it was disclosed that Talskiy had provided inaccurate information in their reports about the completion of work and equipment purchases. The cooperative returned 500 thousand rubles to the budget at that time.

Despite this, the agriculture ministry took legal action and, in a ruling by the arbitration court, ordered SPSK Talskiy to pay 21.94 million rubles.

In February 2025, an execution proceeding was initiated, and in March, a court-appointed execution officer determined that the debtor held machinery valued at approximately 24 million - two vehicles and a refrigerator. An arrest was placed on these assets, prompting the cooperative to pay almost half of its debt: 10.5 million rubles.

"Right now, the debtor is working on finding funds for settling the full debt," - noted in the regional UFSIN, which keeps tabs on the situation.
