Havas Chicago Bolsters Leadership with Strategic Appointments
Havas Chicago is bolstering its leadership with strategic appointments. Chase Cornett joins as chief strategy officer, while Claudia Reeder and Mike Niemczyk take on roles as svp and vp, respectively, in the group strategy director position. Andy Malloy is promoted to evp, head of strategy.
Cornett brings a wealth of experience to Havas Chicago. He previously served as executive creative director at VML and WPP OpenX, and global chief strategy officer for The Coca-Cola Company business at VML. His work, including campaigns like Coke Studio and 'Thanks for Coke-Creating', contributed to Coca-Cola's 'Brand of the Year' win at Cannes Lions.
Cornett will work alongside co-presidents Myra Nussbaum and Kat Ott to strengthen the agency's strategic vision. The new strategy team will focus on brand clients such as Wayfair, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Bel Cheeses, James Hardie Industries, Citigroup, and Moen Incorporated. Cornett's past work includes notable campaigns for brands like Gatorade, Tropicana, Red Bull, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Disney Stores, and Toyota.
With these appointments, Havas Chicago aims to enhance its strategic capabilities and better serve its diverse range of clients. Cornett's expertise and track record make him a valuable addition to the agency's executive bench.
