According to a recent analysis of 142,398 residential listings, the top regions with the highest percentage of luxury home listings are:
- Lisbon District Lisbon leads the way in luxury home searches, with 11.1% of its listings priced above €1 million. The city offers a wide variety of properties with gardens and pools, making it an attractive choice for luxury home buyers.
