Large parcels of land earmarked for the establishment of extended family settlements in Uspensky district
In the Uspenskoye district of Krasnodar Krai, Russia, 375 large families are currently registered to receive land for housing construction or a compensation of 300,000 rubles, according to the press service of the Krasnodar Krai Administration.
The municipality head, Gennady Bahilin, reported that plots in the village of Michurinsky will be included in the next list of land allocations. This move is part of ongoing efforts to support large families and heroes of the special military operation in the region.
Veniamin Kondratyev, the Governor of Krasnodar Krai, emphasized the importance of providing plots for large families and heroes, while also stressing the need to preserve fertile agricultural land that cannot be built upon when forming new plots.
Since 2011, 535 plots have been provided to large families in the Uspenskoye district. However, the option of compensation instead of a plot is now an additional choice for these families in Kuban. This decision does not affect the current registration of 375 large families to receive land.

On August 12, a meeting took place between Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev and the district's active members. The inclusion of plots in the village of Michurinsky in the next list is independent of the compensation option.
