Global private investment firm Ardian has announced the launch of Ardian Access SICAV-RAIF in Luxembourg, a new evergreen investment fund designed to provide secondary and co-investment solutions to global investors.
Previously, such investment opportunities were limited to institutional investors. However, Ardian Access now opens these options to a broader range of private investors. Jan Philipp Schmitz, Executive Vice-President of Ardian, explains, "Private clients are an important and fast-growing group of investors that account for more than half of Ardian's LPs by number. Ardian Access SICAV-RAIF is structured as a SICAV-RAIF, an open-ended investment vehicle offering flexibility and continuous capital raising (evergreen), with the RAIF structure providing regulatory efficiency within Luxembourg's fund framework. The fund aims to offer a differentiated way for investors to access private markets and diversify their existing private equity exposures. It specifically seeks to leverage secondary market opportunities and co-investments alongside Ardian’s broader private market strategy.
The fund was developed in partnership with iCapital and requires a minimum investment of €100,000.
