Ben Gipson, a seasoned employment law specialist with over 20 years of experience, has joined Davis Wright Tremaine (DWT) as a partner in their nationally recognised employment services team based in Los Angeles. This addition was announced in July 2025[1][2].
Gipson's extensive expertise lies in advising clients in the technology, media, sports, and entertainment sectors, particularly on employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions[1][2]. His practice includes defending employers against wage and hour claims, harassment, wrongful termination, and discrimination, as well as representing clients before state and federal agencies[2].
