LGI Homes Closes Over 1,100 Homes in Q3, Set for Q3 Results Webcast

LGI Homes, a leading homebuilder, has announced its third-quarter financial results, with a live audio webcast scheduled for November 4, 2025. The company, headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, has been recognised as a Top Workplaces USA 2025 Award winner.

LGI Homes, under the leadership of CEO Eric Thomas Lipar, closed 354 homes in September 2025, including 28 previously leased single-family rental homes. This brings the total number of homes closed in the third quarter to 1,107, including 42 previously leased homes. As of September 30, 2025, the company had 141 active selling communities.

The company will hold a conference call on November 4, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss these results.
