Light & Wonder Appoints Rohan Gallagher as Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Light & Wonder Inc. has appointed Rohan Gallagher as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Based in Sydney, Gallagher will oversee investor relations, ESG, CSR, and global communications as the company transitions to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Gallagher brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Light & Wonder, he served as head of investor relations and treasury at Aristocrat Leisure. Most recently, he worked at the Jarden Group for three years. Gallagher expressed his excitement about his new position and the company's growth potential.
Light & Wonder's chief financial officer, Oliver Chow, praised Gallagher's experience and leadership in corporate affairs. He will now be based in Sydney, Australia, to lead the corporate affairs team.
