Ishaan Singh, Director of AIPL, stated that the definition of luxury is being rewritten in the city, with luxury today being about a balance between nature, technology, and convenience. KREEVA and Landmark Group are building their presence with an ultra-luxury pipeline in fast-rising zones of Gurugram. Chintamanis is strengthening its presence along the Dwarka Expressway and SPR, focusing on the needs of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).
