Eurojackpot's Top Prize of 120 Million Euros Unclaimed - German Players Narrowly Miss Out
Major Eurojackpot Win for German Tipsters - Jackpot Secured, Yet Uncracked Remains
Brace yourselves, folks! A staggering 120 million euros are still on the table in the Eurojackpot - and nobody's been lucky enough to scoop it yet. Three German players or syndicates came oh-so-close, securing substantial wins instead.
Two German contenders, after a heart-stopping near-miss, are celebrating their prize hauls worth millions. While they fell short of the super jackpot, the Eurojackpot of 120 million euros has yet to be claimed. The next draw on Friday promises the max amount, announced gleefully by Westlotto.
The remaining contenders in the second prize tier savored substantial victories yesterday. Three winners hailing from Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and Denmark shared the wealth of 6,061,762.90 euros. They predicted the Helsinki-drawn numbers (1, 21, 22, 46, 49), but missed out on one of the Euro numbers (9 or 10). As a result, nine contestants from Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden claimed around 200,000 euros each by accurately guessing the main numbers but not the Euro numbers.
Should a German player snap up the jackpot in the next draw on Friday, they'll break a record. To date, only two German lottery players have pocketed the 120 million jackpot, one from Berlin back in November 2022, and another from Schleswig-Holstein in June 2023.
