Baril's team has set constraints to promote work-life balance, ensuring that messages are not sent at all hours. This commitment to balance extends to Baril's personal life as well, with her refraining from work on weekends. Instead, she has a collective project with five families to grow vegetables in the woods, providing a much-needed disconnection from work.

Baril's musical taste is diverse, with a recent preference for Lou-Adriane Cassidy. In terms of literature, she currently recommends the works of Giuliano da Empoli, particularly "The Hour of the Predators" and "The Engineers of Chaos".

One of Baril's mantras is "die for ideas, sure, but slowly" from Georges Brassens' song, reflecting her dedication to her ideals. The other is "just do it", a testament to her action-oriented approach. Despite being advised that she wasn't "bitchy" enough to succeed in business, Baril chose to ignore this advice and stay true to herself.
