Martin Rosemann takes on the role as new Transfer Manager at MYPEGASUS

Dr. Martin Rosemann, a seasoned labor market expert and former member of the German Bundestag, is set to join MYPEGASUS on October 1, 2025. The renowned service provider, known for its focus on supporting employees and companies in navigating the challenges of digitalization, demographic change, and structural shifts in industry, will benefit greatly from Rosemann's extensive experience and values.

Rosemann, who previously belonged to the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) before his activity with MYPEGASUS, has always been driven by a goal to provide employees with new perspectives and security. His career spans over two decades, during which he was professionally active in applied research and political consulting, primarily in the field of labor market and social policy.

In the German Bundestag, Rosemann served as the spokesperson for the SPD parliamentary group for the field of labor and social affairs. His dedication to this role is evident in his commitment to shaping essential change processes in working life, from consulting to qualification to socially compatible personnel restructuring with new opportunities for employees.

Rosemann's motivation for joining MYPEGASUS stems from his desire to continue supporting citizens in difficult life situations, including job loss and changes brought about by digitalization and structural changes. He aims to have every works council and entrepreneur associate MYPEGASUS with competent, empathetic, and innovative change process management.

MYPEGASUS shares Rosemann's values and aims to support employees individually and precisely in change processes, with a focus on good work that fits into life. The nationwide employee-oriented service provider, which has carried out over 2000 successful projects since 1994, accompanying, qualifying, and placing over 150,000 employees, is now exploring new paths and using artificial intelligence to find the best way into the professional future for each individual.

Dr. Jan Kiehne, CEO of MYPEGASUS group, describes Rosemann as an experienced labor market expert, socially competent, humane, values-based, and innovative. The goal of MYPEGASUS is to prevent the simultaneous occurrence of skilled labor shortages and unemployment.
