Moscow's Luxury Real Estate Boom: Khamovniki, Zamoskvorechye, Meshchansky Lead the Way
In Moscow's luxury real estate market, the Khamovniki, Zamoskvorechye, and Meshchansky districts are buzzing with activity. While the exact number of upcoming luxury buildings in these areas by 2025 remains unspecified, the current figures paint an impressive picture.
Khamovniki leads the way with 12 deluxe complexes under construction. These offer over 180 lots, totalling around 30,000 sq. m. The average cost per square meter here is 3 million rubles, with the cheapest deal starting at nearly 102 million rubles for a 58 sq. m lot.
Zamoskvorechye follows with 6 projects, providing over 250 lots and a total area of 34,000 sq. m. Prices are slightly lower, averaging 1.9 million rubles per square meter. A 48 sq. m apartment here can be bought for 70.4 million rubles.
Meshchansky District has 5 new builds, with 10,500 sq. m of space for sale comprising 76 lots. The average cost per square meter is also 1.9 million rubles, with a 49 sq. m lot priced at 95.3 million rubles.
All 'deluxe' class real estate projects currently under construction in Moscow are within the Central Administrative District. While the number of upcoming luxury buildings in these districts by 2025 is not specified, the current offerings provide ample options for high-end buyers, with Khamovniki leading the way in terms of projects and lot availability.
