Mystery Developer Building 7-Floor Boarding House in Berlin's Schöneberg
A new home is set to rise at Kurfürstenstraße 134 in Schöneberg, Berlin. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, this seven-floor building will offer a mix of temporary houses for rent, apartments, and commercial spaces. Despite the project's progress, the responsible entity remains unknown.
The site at Kurfürstenstraße 134 was previously owned by the Republic of Lithuania for diplomatic purposes but remained unused. Now, it will house a boarding house with a light facade and large window fronts, targeting business travelers and temporary residents. The building will offer 102 residential units, including 20 apartments dedicated to the boarding house.
The ground floor and basement will feature gastronomic areas, co-working spaces, and an aqua therapy area, open to both residents and the local community. Construction work is currently underway with restrictions along Kielganstraße until December 2026.
