New Leaders Appointed to Helm Assets and Construction Ulm, State Building Authority Ulm
Gisela Splett, the State Secretary of Finance, recently inaugurated Dr. Diana Marquardt and Simon Schneider into their new roles. Dr. Marquardt is now heading USA Assets and Construction Ulm, while Schneider takes the helm at the State Building Authority Ulm.
Dr. Diana Marquardt, who studied law in Tübingen and was promoted there in 2011, has taken over as the new head of USA Assets and Construction Ulm. This institution manages around 70 institutions and boasts a turnover of over 110 million euros.
Simon Schneider, who studied architecture in Karlsruhe, Berlin, and London, is the new head of the State Building Authority Ulm. This authority is responsible for federal construction projects in several districts and employs 146 staff with a turnover of almost 140 million euros.
Dr. Diana Marquardt and Simon Schneider have been appointed to lead USA Assets and Construction Ulm and the State Building Authority Ulm, respectively. Their expertise and experience will be crucial in managing these significant institutions and driving their future success.
