NKY Chamber's 8th Annual Symposium Aims to Future-Proof HR Strategies
The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) is set to host its 8th annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium. The event, led by Nancy Spivey, Vice President of Talent Strategies at the NKY Chamber, aims to equip human resources professionals with transformative talent strategies to adapt to modern challenges. The symposium will take place on March 11, 2021, at the Kenton County Public Library – Erlanger Branch, attracting approximately 100 HR and other business professionals.
The symposium's theme is 'Future-Ready Workplaces: Building Talent, Data, and Culture'. Presenters, who must be NKY Chamber members in good standing, will lead two 30-minute roundtable sessions each. They are required to be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the event day. Suggested presentation topics include growing talent through work-based learning, building a data-driven recruitment strategy, and preparing the current workforce for the future. Applications for presenters are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, October 24.
