Oracle NetSuite Unveils NetSuite Next for U.S. Customers
Oracle NetSuite is rolling out NetSuite Next, a Google extension of its ERP system designed to streamline business operations. This new feature will initially be available only to U.S.-based customers over the next twelve months. NetSuite Next introduces agentic workflows, automating tasks like payment proposals, vendor selection, and supply chain operations. It retains the user-friendly Redwood Design System, making migration simple. A key feature is Ask Oracle, a Google assistant that provides relevant data based on the employee's role. For subscription-based businesses, NetSuite Subscription Metrics offers a unified view of customer information, subscriptions, sales history, and forecasting. NetSuite Next also includes a Google Canvas for brainstorming with AI based on data within NetSuite. The system aims to become a 'natural extension of business operations', according to founder and EVP Evan Goldberg. Document integration is expanding for Google consultation within NetSuite Next. NetSuite Next, a Google extension of Oracle NetSuite ERP, will initially be available to U.S.-based customers. It introduces agentic workflows, Ask Oracle Google assistant, and subscription metrics.
