Payback Welcomes Galeria as New Partner for Rewards Nationwide
Payback, Germany's leading bonus program, has welcomed Galeria as its newest partner. Starting October 1, 2025, customers can earn and redeem Payback points at all Galeria department stores and online at Galeria.de.
This partnership marks a significant expansion for Payback, which was recently recognised as 'Leading Innovator 2026'. Bernhard Brugger, CEO of Payback, expressed delight in welcoming Galeria, further growing the multi-partner network.
For Galeria, the collaboration brings more rewards for customers. Tilo Hellenbock, CEO and COO, anticipates enhanced benefits and 'reward moments'. Christian Sailer, CEO and CFO, views the partnership as setting new standards in stationary retail. Customers can now earn points while shopping at Galeria, adding to the over 700 partners in the Payback network.
From October 1, 2025, Payback customers can earn points at Galeria, both in-store and online. This partnership brings together two major players, promising more benefits and rewards for customers.
