PIH Health Seeks Epic Application Analyst for Tapestry Core Administration Role
PIH Health, a prominent nonprofit healthcare network serving around 3 million residents in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Gabriel Valley, has opened a role for an Epic Application Analyst, Tapestry Core Administration. The position requires a strong understanding of AP Claims operations and familiarity with integration points with other business areas.
The role, based in Whittier, CA, involves independently managing complex configurations and systems optimizations. The analyst will mentor level I analysts and serve as the primary support contact for Tapestry Managed Care Administration. They will guide workflow design, system build and test, and technical issue analysis.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or clinical license/certification, along with 3 to 5 years of experience. Active Epic certification in the required application/module is mandatory at the time of hire. Preferred candidates will have certification, experience, or proficiency in Tapestry Managed Care Administration and experience working in a Management Services Organization. Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
PIH Health, recognized for excellence in patient care and healthcare technology, is seeking an experienced analyst to fill this level II role. The network offers a wide range of services, including hospitals, medical offices, home healthcare, and hospice care. External applicants must be Epic certified, while internal applicants or Altera employees have 120 days to obtain certification after hire or transfer.
