New Residential Project, Coventry Residence, Breaks Ground in Dubai Industrial City

Coventry Residence, a new residential project, has been announced in Dubai Industrial City. The development, set to be completed in Q3 2027, is the latest offering from GFS Developments, a company with over a decade of experience in the UAE real estate market.

The project is strategically located with strong connectivity to major highways such as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. Coventry Residence is also within close reach of the new Metro Express Line, accessible in just 7 minutes, and Dubai Parks can be reached in 10 minutes.

Coventry Residence caters to a rising demand from professionals and families seeking affordable yet well-connected housing options in Dubai. The development offers a range of community amenities designed to enhance the living experience. Michael John Collings, the General Manager of GFS Developments, is responsible for leading the company’s operations and expanding its presence in Europe, including opening a new office in Frankfurt to facilitate access to Dubai’s real estate market for investors.
