Supported projects from Krasnoyarsk Krai, implemented last year, focus on the development of the region and improving the quality of life for its residents. These projects stem from the initiative of citizens and receive funding from both local and federal budgets.

Some nominated projects include the "Territory of Health" hockey court in Kansk, the "Linking Generations" school museum in Norilsk, the Ethnic Village "Urikit" in Evenkiya, and a merchant's fashion salon in Yeniseysk, among others.

Organized by the Scientific-Research Financial Institute of the Russian Ministry of Finance, the contest takes place annually to discover and promote successful practices across different regions of the country. In 2023, the contest is taking place in six nomination categories, such as public-private partnerships, environmental initiatives, school and student initiative budgeting, as well as the impact of educational projects on financial literacy among citizens.
