Remains Situation of Gun-Wielding Individuals Unchanged
On Sept 2nd, the Coronation Ball is set to take place, and before that, the Neuss Marksmen will parade, honoring their new King, Christoph II. Here's a heads up! From around 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, several city bus lines will get a twist. They are: 841, 842, 843, 844, 848, 849, 851, 852, and 854.
Now, sit tight! If you're southbound, you'll take a detour via Düsseldorf Street, Rhine Gate Street, Battery Street, and either Stadthalle or Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Northbound, the detour will lead you from Alexianerplatz or Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, then on Stresemann Avenue, Europa Avenue, Battery Street, and finally, back to Neuss Central Station.
Regrettably, a few stops won't be available during the parade, such as Stadthalle - Bus Stops 1 and 2, Landestheater - Bus Stops 1, 4, and 6, Zolltor, Neustraße, Niedertor, Schwannstraße, Hauptbahnhof - Bus Stops 2-4, Hermannsplatz, and Friedrich-Ebert-Platz.
But don't worry, temporary replacement stops have been arranged! They include Stresemann Avenue, Stadthalle (back of the tram loop), Battery Street, Hauptbahnhof - Bus Stop 5, Gielen Street near Pit Stop company and opposite the bike rack (lines 842 and 849 only), and Hermannsplatz under the bridge for line 849. During the closure, lines 828 and 830 will start and end at Neuss Central Station.
