They deliberated on the refurbishment of the oil facility run by Sakha Oil and Gas Sales. Some exceptions do exist.

"Sakha Oil Base to Undergo Reconstruction by Aysor Company"

In Yakutia, a working meeting on May 27 was held between Djulustan Borisov, the First Deputy Prime Minister, and the company "Aysors". The primary focus of the discussion was the modernization of oil base facilities owned by "Sakhaneftegazsbyt".

Borisov highlighted the urgent need for attention regarding the oil bases in the region, as most of them are in dire need of major repairs or full replacements, with almost 90% in this state. However, he noted that there are areas where these facilities are operating effectively and yielding high profits, and efforts should be directed towards these sectors to mitigate modernization costs by increasing petroleum product turnover.

Emphasizing the significance of oil bases in remote Arctic regions, Borisov stated that while their fuel turnover is low, their operation plays a pivotal role in maintaining the livelihood of the local population and the uninterrupted operation of enterprises in harsh conditions.

The meeting also centered on financial issues, with the need for a strategy to minimize financial burden on the budget and ensure ample cash flow for oil base modernization investments.

The five-year-old company "Aysors" offers a range of services including industrial goods supply, digital solutions, industrial automation, civil and industrial construction, and consulting. The company's Deputy Director expressed readiness for "Aysors" to initiate the reconstruction and modernization of Yakutia's oil base facilities.

The modernization plan for Yakutia's oil base facilities is part of a broader strategic focus on developing Russia's Arctic and sub-Arctic resource extraction sectors, including oil and gas. These modernized facilities would boost production efficiency, decrease environmental risks, and support export strategies, particularly in challenging Arctic conditions.

In the context of the oil base modernization plan for Yakutia, Borisov underscored the importance of prioritizing effective energy sectors within the oil-and-gas industry to mitigate modernization costs, consequently increasing petroleum product turnover. With the financial burden on the budget being a key concern, a strategy is necessary to ensure ample cash flow for these investments. Moreover, the Deputy Director of the industrial services company "Aysors" pledged readiness to initiate the reconstruction and modernization of Yakutia's oil base facilities, contributing to the overall development of Russia's energy finance sector and sub-Arctic resource extraction industries, particularly in the oil-and-gas industry.
