In the heart of Russia's agricultural hub, the Altai branch of Rosselkhozbank is making significant strides in supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). The bank is employing a variety of measures to foster client loyalty, including simplified loan application procedures, state support programs, and tailored bank products.

Agricultural enterprises form the backbone of the Altai branch's clientele, with farmers turning to the bank for seasonal work, equipment purchases, fertilizers, fuel, and process modernization. In the first ten days of September 2025, the bank issued loans totalling 8.5 billion rubles to SMEs, marking a 2.2 billion ruble increase compared to 2024.

The bank's loan portfolio for SMEs has surpassed 15 billion rubles, with more than half of the loans, 64%, allocated for working capital. Meanwhile, 36% of the loans are designated for investment purposes, including 32% for project financing. However, the bank has yet to disclose the specific industries or sectors these investment projects are focused on, or the number of businesses participating in these projects.

Rosselkhozbank has also introduced a credit card with a 115-day grace period to cater to the needs of its clients. The bank continues to improve digital services for SMEs, aiming to make banking more accessible and efficient.

The bank's commitment to SMEs is evident in its active involvement in implementing investment projects. Currently, approximately 15 large-scale investment projects are underway in the Altai region, with a combined value of over 4.7 billion rubles. Yet, the bank has not provided specific details about the distribution of loans for these projects.

It is worth noting that the Altai branch of Rosselkhozbank has not disclosed the repayment terms or conditions for these investment loans, nor has it specified the regions within the Altai Territory affected during the period from September 1, 20XX, to the present. Furthermore, there is no publicly available detailed information about specific companies that have received loans totaling over 15 billion rubles from the Altai branch of Rosselkhozbank.

Despite these gaps in information, it is clear that the Altai branch of Rosselkhozbank remains dedicated to funding SMEs in the region, contributing to the growth and development of local businesses and the agricultural sector as a whole.
