TCS Chosen by Three UK to Manage 5G Network Configuration
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been selected by Three UK to oversee the configuration of its new mobile network for 5G integration. The collaboration leverages TCS' extensive telecommunications industry know-how and investments in 5G, making it an ideal partner for Three UK's network expansion.
TCS has deployed network engineers and specialists to monitor network configuration for the advancement of 5G services at Three UK. The company's software will accelerate configuration checking and minimize manual errors, ensuring a smooth transition to next-generation connectivity.
Three UK, meanwhile, has already deployed 5G in 175 towns and cities, covering over 1,000 sites. This provides next generation connectivity to customers, with TCS' 24/7 support ensuring configuration corrections and ad-hoc site testing.
