Temporary traffic reorganization at Neftnik intersection

Commencing today, May 26, revised traffic protocols will be implemented at the crossroads of Zazozhnaya Street and Mendeléeva Prospect due to the ongoing capital repair of Zazozhnaya Street.

A temporary traffic management system is in place, incorporating a traffic light system featuring an additional section to facilitate right turns from Mendeléeva Prospect onto Zazozhnaya Street towards Korolëv Prospect.

The traffic management will proceed in phases:

  1. Phase 1: Permitted traffic on Mendeléeva Prospect from Barkhatnaya Street in all directions, along with a right turn onto Zazozhnaya Street towards the TV center, will be allowed when both the primary and additional traffic light sections are green.
  2. Phase 2: Traffic on Mendeléeva Prospect from Khimikov Street in all directions will be opened when the traffic light is green.
  3. Phase 3: Traffic on Zazozhnaya Street from Borodina Street in all directions will be allowed when the primary traffic light section is green.
  4. Phase 4: Traffic on Zazozhnaya Street from Korolëv Prospect in all directions and a right turn from Mendeléeva Prospect onto Zazozhnaya Street towards the TV center will be permissible when the traffic light is green.

Motorists are advised to adhere to yielding rules for right turns from Mendeléeva Prospect onto Zazozhnaya Street towards Korolëv Prospect. According to traffic regulations, vehicles making such turns must prioritize left-turning vehicles and those performing U-turns on Zazozhnaya Street.

This temporary system will remain in effect until the completion of the capital repair of Zazozhnaya Street.

For the most accurate and current information on road repairs and traffic restrictions, it's advisable to visit the official websites of the City of Moscow or the Moscow Department of Transportation. Additionally, traffic apps like Yandex Maps or Google Maps, and local news outlets can provide real-time traffic updates, including information on road closures and detours.

I'm not sure about the impact of these changes on the local industry, finance, and transportation. With the ongoing capital repair of Zazozhnaya Street and the temporary traffic management system at the crossroads of Zazozhnaya Street and Mendeléeva Prospect, businesses reliant on the transportation of goods may face increased delivery times, potentially leading to increased costs and potential financial troubles. Moreover, the changes may cause disruptions to public transportation services, affecting the ease of travel for commuters and possibly negatively impacting the overall economy.
