Job Opportunity: Real Estate Appraiser with a Focus on Active Market Follow-up

We are excited to announce a new job opportunity for a qualified Real Estate Appraiser to join our expanding team. This role is designed to bolster our Real Estate Valuation team in the Active Market Follow-up area, with the goal of obtaining HypZert F or DIAZert certification within the next 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive real estate appraisals, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Analyze active market data and trends to produce timely and accurate valuation updates. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and verify information. - Prepare detailed appraisal reports, integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Ensure compliance with HypZert and DIAZert certification guidelines in appraisal processes. - Continuously update knowledge on valuation methodologies and market developments. - Support the team in achieving excellence in valuation accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a real estate appraiser, preferably in commercial and residential property valuation. - Working knowledge or progress towards HypZert F or DIAZert certification is highly preferred. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in valuation tools and software. - Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. - Familiarity with European property market regulations and standards is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills: - Fluency in German and English (for HypZert and DIAZert certification compliance). - Experience with risk assessment and financial analysis related to real estate. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
