The good people of Davao City took the limelight in the 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, sweeping two top spots!
Leading the pack is Collegeen Flores Malayao from the University of Immaculate Conception, snatching the second spot with a jaw-dropping score of 91.25%. Her exceptional performance earned her the title of campus champion, boasting a national passing rate of 75.01% and a mind-blowing 100% performance rate at her university!
Denise Marie Borillo Atillo from the University of Mindanao followed closely in third place with a whopping 90.50% score. Not far behind is Mea Meagan Travenio Wesley, also from the University of Mindanao, proudly claiming the fourth spot with a commendable 88.75% score.
The University of Mindanao made headlines on their Facebook page, celebrating their top performers in the REBLE. With a 100% passing rate for the first attempt, a 75.01% national passing rate, and an impressive 85.71% performance rate, these Mindanaoan talents are turning heads!
A total of 1,306 out of 1,741 examinees from the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, and Tacloban passed the Licensure Exam.
