Toyota Shines as the Official Automotive Partner of the NFL in 2025

Toyota is making a significant mark in the world of football, as it takes on the role of the Official Automotive Partner of the NFL for the 2025 Pro Bowl Games in Orlando and Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.

This partnership underscores Toyota's dedication to nurturing future stars and highlighting the vital role Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) play in expanding the reach of football. Toyota's sponsorship extends to 1,800 local leagues and over 750,000 youth athletes nationwide, demonstrating its commitment to growing the game through its extensive dealer network.

At the Pro Bowl Games in Orlando, the NFL FLAG HBCU Tournament Presented by Toyota will take place, featuring over 250 athletes from HBCUs. In New Orleans, Toyota will host the "Toyota Glow Up Classic", a series of glow-in-the-dark flag football games featuring local youth athletes.

Toyota aims to amplify stardom on every level, from professional athletes to youth players destined to shape the future of football. To achieve this, Toyota will showcase its latest vehicles, including the 2025 Tacoma TRD Pro Hybrid, Sequoia Capstone, Tailgate Tundra, and 4Runner TRD Pro, at these marquee events.

Fans at the Super Bowl Experience in New Orleans will have the opportunity to participate in an augmented reality feature inside the 2025 Sequoia and Land Cruiser models, allowing them to co-star in gameday-inspired vignettes with NFL stars like Brock Purdy, Christian Gonzalez, and Eli Manning. This immersive experience is designed to let fans experience the thrill of stardom and connect with Team Toyota athletes in a fun and engaging way.

Toyota's initiatives also aim to bridge the gap between football's grassroots and its brightest lights, empowering communities and inspiring the next generation of stars along the way. Dedra DeLilli, vice president of marketing communications at Toyota, stated that this effort underscores the importance of giving young athletes the resources they need to succeed.

In a statement, Michael Tripp, group vice president of marketing for Toyota's division, emphasized that football is more than a game, it's a unifying force with the power to transform communities. He added that Toyota's activations are not just celebrating football, but celebrating its power to bring people together.

After the Super Bowl festivities, Toyota will install permanent lighting at the 18th Ward Field in New Orleans, ensuring the community has a well-lit, safe space for sports long after the events end.

The NFL Honors ceremony will celebrate football's next generation, recognising the skill, dedication, and contributions of two exceptional athletes to their communities. Toyota will present the NFL FLAG Players of the Year Award to two standout athletes—one male and one female—who exemplify the values of NFL Flag.

In summary, Toyota's initiatives during the 2025 Pro Bowl Games and Super Bowl LIX aim to amplify stardom on every level, from professional athletes to youth players destined to shape the future of football.
